1. Legal Entity & Jurisdiction This website is owned and operated by NDYT Facilities Management, a legally registered entity in the Emirate of Ajman, UAE. All transactions, listings, and disputes are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the local regulations of Ajman Municipality.

2. Direct Landlord Model & 0% Commission NDYT operates as a Direct Landlord. Users acknowledge that all properties listed are owned or managed directly by NDYT. Consequently, no commission fees (0% Commission) are charged to tenants for leasing these properties.

3. Property Listings & Accuracy While we strive for 100% accuracy in our descriptions (e.g., 40ft trailer access, power capacity), listings are for informational purposes only. Final property specifications and availability are confirmed only upon the execution of a formal Lease Agreement.

4. Payment Terms & Digital Shift 2026 In accordance with the UAE’s transition toward digital rental markets, payments may be made via traditional post-dated cheques or, where applicable, through approved Digital Payment Platforms (Direct Debit/Credit Card) as agreed upon in the contract. All invoicing follows the UAE Federal Tax Authority (FTA) standards.

5. Maintenance & Operational Compliance

  • NDYT Responsibility: We are committed to maintaining the building’s structural integrity and exterior facilities, ensuring full compliance with Civil Defense and MOHRE safety standards.

  • Tenant Responsibility: Unless otherwise specified, tenants are responsible for internal maintenance and utilities once possession is handed over.

6. Data Privacy (PDPL Compliance) We process all personal data in strict accordance with the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 (PDPL). By using our contact forms or WhatsApp link, you consent to the collection of your data for the sole purpose of property inquiries and leasing.

7. Limitation of Liability NDYT is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or reliance on its content. External links (e.g., to Google Maps or Government Portals) are provided for convenience, and NDYT is not responsible for their content.

8. Dispute Resolution Any legal disputes arising from this website shall be settled through the Ajman Courts or the Ajman Rental Dispute Center, as applicable.
